Hab mal an meinem Kaputten Board isolieren ausprobiert.
Hab jetzt nur die Rückseite isoliert.
Wollte euch mal fragen ob das so dann passt.
Wie dick sollte das armaflex den auf der Unterseite sein?
Meins ist 13 mm dick. Allerdings sind so die Schrauben vom Pot schon etwas kurz. Kann kaum die Schrauben draufschrauben.
So hier mal ein paar Bilder. Die isolierung vom Pot wird noch erneuert.

Hi, isolier mal lieber auf der Vorderseite :)
Am besten von den Spawa Kühlern an bis hin zum Ran der CPU, also mit Knete und dann Armaflex + Küchenpapier oben drauf.

Auf der Rückseite ist nicht ganz so wichtig, da reicht eine dünne Schicht.

ok dann mache ichs auf der Rückseite dünner.
kann sonst mein Board nicht festschrauben ^^
Vorderseite hatte ich keine Zeit und da das Board eh kaputt ist probiere ichs dann lieber an meinem neuen.
hab mir schon gedacht das man auf der rückseite nicht so viel armaflex braucht.

Armaflex kannst auf die Rückseite genau so ne Dicke schicht nehmen, 3mm werden zu wenig sein. Ich hab genau so ne 19mm Platte unten ;). Was die andern eher meinen, man sollt hinten nicht so viel Knette drauf machn, nur eine dünne schicht und gut ist. Im gegenteil auf der vorderseite sollt alles gut isoliert werden.

besorg dir noch paar Beilagscheiben damit die Federn nicht in die Halterung nei schneiden, dann hast länger Spaß damit

hmm mit der 13 mm dicken Platte kann ich die Schrauben mit federn nur noch mit viel Mühe draufmachen. Sind dann schon fast komplett zusammengedrückt.
